Hello & Welcome!

I am a registered Arts Therapist in Sydney, committed to supporting individuals in their health and wellbeing journey. Arts Therapy is a psychotherapeutic modality, that offers you an expressive language that can be used alongside talk therapy, or as your sole form of communication with your therapist. Art therapy can be a powerful tool in finding new ways to make meaning of the concerns or challenges you may be faced with. I provide a person-centred, integrative and trauma-informed approach to adults facing challenges with their mental health and wellbeing, grief and loss, general anxiety disorders and depression.

You might be thinking, “But I’m not creative?” or "What if I'm not good at art?”

Rest assured, this is a common thought many have, including myself in the beginning!

The purpose of art therapy isn't to be "good" at art, or at any creative expression at all! Art therapy is for everyone who feels like would like access to a language that does not rely on words alone. “When art and psychotherapy are joined, the scope and depth of each can be expanded, and when working together, they are tied to the continuities of humanity’s history of healing
